It is an experienced Turkish company of 50 years producing the first 100% Halal edible bovine gelatin. Located on a closed area of 20,000 m² in an area of 25,000 m² in Balıkesir, Gönen, Seljel provided traceability with a special computer program, and became a world-class quality which produces in accordance with EU norms and has been accredited to the EU in 2010.
